terms of service

- i take U.S.D through paypal & cashapp only!! payment times can be adusted to the client's liking, but currently i will be taking upfront pay, & the money will be sent to my bank account only after the piece is completed.- estimated time for me to finish a piece ranges from a couple weeks to a month depending on my artblock. if i haven't started your piece after a month passes, you may ask for a refund!- i can do rush fees if you'd like your piece done faster- feel free to communicate any changes you'd like while im working on your piece, im very flexible! however, please keep in mind how many changes you ask for in one sitting. if you have a lot in mind, give me a list!- you may use your commission for personal use only, it is not for commercial use or to train AI. if you use my art as a profile picture etc, please credit me

WILL DRAW: light gore, anthro, animals, humanoids, ocs, (some) fandom charactersWONT DRAW: mecha, complex backgrounds, general weird stuff, hateful content!!NOTE!!

ADOPTS T.O.S !!
- the designs i sell can be transferred, resold and rehomed once you purchase them.
- i do holds for one week maximum, nothing longer. if you dm me inquiring about a hold for a character that i accept, you are entitled to that adopt.
- bidding for auction designs always ends 24hrs after the last bid or if the character was autoboughtCUSTOM DESIGNS !!
i also do customs! these designs will usually be on a simple page with an optional headshot to the side, with a color reference as well.
they start at $30, but the price may go up due to complexity. the highest price i charge for complex designs is $60. i am open to making full ref sheets for customs, with an additional charge of the ref sheet base price. you may message me for more info on customs!
